Conditional Use Permit: Establish a PUD <br />Mr. Carlton presented the staff report. <br />Mayror Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />MayTor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />Council expressed concerns for traffic patterns and the proximit�r of the business to <br />Highway 10. <br />1��. Carlton discussed the traffic stud�r completed b�r the applicant. <br />Moved by Councilmember Westgaard and seconded by Councilmember <br />Beyer to adopt Ordinance No. 22-09 to rezone certain property from <br />Downtown District (DD) to Planned Unit Development (PUD) with the <br />condition the zone change will not be recorded until City Council approves a <br />Planned Unit Development Agreement. Motion carried 5-0. <br />Moved by Councilmember Beyer and seconded by Councilmember <br />Westgaard to approve Conditional Use Permit, Case No. CU 22-08 <br />establishing a commercial Planned Unit Development with the conditions <br />outlined in the staff report. Motion carried 5-0. <br />7.4 Conditional Use Permit: Allow Commercial Kennel at 18753 <br />Cleveland Street, Travis Petron of K-9 Country Club <br />Mr. Leeseberg presented the staff report. <br />Ma�ror Dietz opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, <br />Mayor Dietz closed the public hearing. <br />Moved by Councilmember Christianson and seconded by Councilmember <br />Wagner to approve Conditional Use Permit, Case No. CU 22-07 with the <br />conditions outlined in the staff report.
