Approximately five percent would be recycled. The <br />remainder, 25 percent or 125 tons a day, must be sent to a <br />landfill. The county will be responsible for finding a <br />landfill for garbage that can't be turned into fuel. Consider Amendment to the Conditional Use Permit for Barthel <br />Construction/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Chairman Tralle indicated that this was just a formality as <br />a mistake was made at the joint meeting of the Planning <br />Commission and City Council on October 21, 1985 regarding <br />the concept for a potential pamida Store to be located at <br />the Barthel PUD. The amendment to the conditional use and <br />preliminary plat and the final plat must be advertised for a <br />public hearing. This was advertised for a public hearing <br />for both the Planning Commission in November and City <br />Council in December. <br />
