That the duly ad- opted Zoning Map of the City of Elk River is hereby amended to rezone the property described on attached Exhibit A to Highway Commercial (C-3): Lot 1, Block 1, and OUTLOTA, RENNER SECOND ADDITION, ac- cording to the recorded plat there- of, as corrected by Certificate of Correction filed as Document No. 649454, Sherburne County, Min- nesota.
