PAGE 3 City Council Minutes July 14, 1986 Mr. Mark Harden, resident on Baldwin Avenue, expressed his concerns regarding safety. the condition of Baldwin Avenue. and how the additional traffic which would be generated by the proposed development would affect street deterioration and traffic congestion. Vice-Chairman Wilson closed the public hearing. Commissioner Fuchs asked the Building and Zoning Administrator if the proposed density was within the limits of the City's Zoning Ordinance. Mr. Rohlf explained that given the size of the property, 2.297 acres, 50 1/2 units would be allowed and the developer is proposing 54 units. Commissioner flow between property.
