Mr. Raudio indicated they <br />these units would be of camper <br />removeable. <br /> <br />up was rental type units. Mr. Raudio felt this was <br />being unreasonable. <br /> <br />Discussion was held regarding lighting. Mr. Raudio indicated there will <br />be no lighting within the Campground except whats shown on the plans. and <br />there would not be any lighting of the softball fields. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the Planning Commission that the City Attorney <br />draw up a letter of credit to meet the conditions that are set. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER FUCHS MOVED TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL TO APPROVE THE <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT WITH THE FOLLOWING RECOMMENDATIONS AS OUTLINED IN <br />THE BUILDING & ZONING ADMINISTRATOR'S MEMO WITH THE FOLLOWING CORRECTIONS <br />AND ADDITIONS: <br /> <br />Item #2 Show that the Campground has adequate stacking distance within <br />the campground internal roadway system so stacking will not occur on <br />County Road 12. The principal entrance to the Campground shall be from <br />County Road 12 where the Welcome Center will be located. <br /> <br />Item U3 The Campground will be put in three phases, the first phase <br />must be entirely complete as shown on the plans approved by the City <br />Council, and all conditions set forth in the Conditional Use Permit be <br />met. Also that a letter of credit be drafted to meet conditions that are <br />set. <br /> <br />Item U8 To show that the daycare and grocery store are not allowable <br />unless the ordinance should be amended to allow these uses as assessory <br />to a campground if they are to proceed. <br /> <br />Item #9 To show that if the City inspects the septic systems the fee <br />would be a flexible fee instead of the required $50.00 and addition $10.00 <br />per inspection to cover City staff time. <br /> <br />Item U18 There would be 30 rental units allowed,10 per phase. <br /> <br />Item #19 That the signage must be approved by the City Council in <br />connection with the Plan approval. <br /> <br />Item #20 That the permit will be reviewed each year by the City Council <br />to determine if the conditions are met. <br />
