<br />PAGE 2 <br /> <br />Planning Commission Minutes <br />February 25, 1986 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />The Building and Zoning Administrator indicated that Mrs. Lene mostly <br />needed the conditional use permit for a mailing address. <br /> <br />Chairman Tralle noted that the ordinance does allow us to set conditions <br />and one condition would be signage and outside employees. <br /> <br />Chairman Tralle closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Commissioner Wilson was concerned about the hours of operation. Mrs. <br />Lene indicated the hours of operation would be from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 <br />p.m., Monday thru Friday and Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Mrs. Lene <br />further indicated she would not be spending a lot of time at home as all <br />the closings are at a Title Company and she would be gone most of the time <br />with clients. She further indicated she mainly needed this conditional <br />use permit so as to have an office with an mailing address. <br /> <br />Mrs. Lene indicated she had no problem with conditions set upon her, but <br />would like to have signage out front for visibility. <br /> <br />COMMISSION FUCHS MADE A MOTION TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL TO GRANT A <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR MRS. LENE OF 18072 CLEVELAND STREET, TO <br />OPERATE A REAL ESTATE BUSINESS FROM HER HOME WITH THE FOLLOWING <br />STIPULATIONS: <br /> <br />. 1. THAT THERE BE ONE OUTSIDE NON-RESIDENTIAL EMPLOYEE. <br /> <br />2. THAT THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BE REVIEWED IN ONE YEAR. <br /> <br />3. THAT THE SIGNAGE SHALL NOT EXCEED TWO (2) SQUARE FEET IN AREA AND <br />POSTED OFF OF RIGHT-A-WAY. <br /> <br />4. THAT THE HOURS NOT BE BEYOND THE HOURS DESIGNATED, 9:00 AM TO <br />6:00 P.M., MONDAY THRU FRIDAY, AND SATURDAY 9:00 A.M. TO 3:00 P.M. <br /> <br />There was further discussion by the Planning Commission regarding the signage. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER FUCHS MOVED TO AMMEND THE PRECEEDING MOTION TO READ: <br /> <br />1. THAT THE SIGN BE 2' X 2' SQUARE AND POSTED ON THE HOUSE AND ANY <br />ADVERTISING BE ON THE MAILBOX WITH ADDRESS. <br /> <br />5. Consider Sign Permit by Goodyear <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Mr. Bob <br />further <br />attached <br />with a <br />with no <br />way. <br /> <br />Rich was present and indicated he was representing Goodyear. He <br />indicated they were proposing to install 253' sq. ft. of signage <br />to the building and also include a 20' high free standing sign <br />99' sq. ft. face. Mr.Rich further indicated these would be done <br />advertising of tires and would be done in a very professional <br />
