THE MOTION <br />PASSED 5-0. <br /> <br />16.A GRAVEL PITS <br /> <br />The Planning Commission indicated that they were concerned about the <br />condition of the gravel pits in Elk River. Staff member Stephen Rohlf <br />noted that this was one of his priorities for a winter project to get a <br />good handle on gravel pits, however, he agreed that the timing to look <br />into this may be coming more urgent. <br /> <br />17.
