THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />13.5 Broadway Bar and Pizza <br /> <br />The Planning Commission talked with Rick Kurth, owner of Broadway Bar and <br />Pizza, on various new plans he has for the site. Discussion was in <br />regards to lighting, drainage, and ingress/egress off 167th. <br />
