Final Plat Review of Oak Knoll by Robert Harris <br /> <br />Stephen Rohlf noted one change on the final plat of Oak Knoll; Lot 28 <br />of the preliminary plat.. where the house sits now. includes part of Lot <br />7. Lot 28 is now Lot 1. Block 1. <br /> <br />Commissioner Temple questioned <br />undeveloped. Rohlf stated that <br />The preliminary plat consisted <br />requesting final approval and <br />final approval of Phase 2. <br /> <br />whether or not Outlot C would remain <br />this is the proposed second phase. <br />of phases 1 and 2. COMMISSIONER TEMPLE SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED <br />7-0. <br /> <br />7. Consider Preliminary Plat Review by Mel Beaudry/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Chairman Wilson opened the public hearing. There being no comments <br />supporting or opposing this consideration. the public hearing was closed. <br /> <br />OOMMISSIONER TEMPLE MOVED TU TABLE THIS ITEM DUE TO UNMET DEADLINES. <br />COMMISSIONER MORTON SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION PASSED 7-0. <br /> <br />7.5. Consideration of Conditional Use Permit to Allow a Temporary Real Estate <br />Office by Mike Ziegler/Public Hearing <br /> <br />Temporary Real Estate offices are being set up due to the large amount of <br />development in Elk River and are being established to help assist in the <br />selling of developed property. With the Barthel application for a <br />temporary office. the time frame set was 2 years or 90% of development <br />being completed. <br />
