THE EARS OF THE CUL-DE-SAC BE CLASS 5. THIS CHANGE WAS THIN AMENDED <br />TO THE EARS BEING TARRED. <br /> <br />2. CONTINGENT UPON ZONE CHANGE REQUEST TO RIA. <br /> <br />3. IF ANY DAMAGE OCCURS TO THE DRAINAGE SYSTEM, THOSE IN FAULT PAY rOR <br />REPAIRS. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER FUCHS ACCEPTED THE MODIFICATIONS AND COMMISSIONER KROPUENSKE <br />SECONDED THE MODIFICATIONS. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER FUCHS AMENDED THE MOTION TO INCLUDE A rENCE ACROSS THE SOUTH <br />BOUNDARY. COMMISSIONER KROPUENSKE SECONDED THE AMENDMENT. THE AMENDED <br />MOTION CARRIED 7-0. <br /> <br />At 9:20 p.m. the Planning Commission broke for a recess. <br /> <br />At 9:45 p.m. the Planning Commission meeting resumed. <br /> <br />12.
