EVANS <br />AND GATES AVENUE TO HELP SCREEN CAR LIGHTS FROM ADJACENT PROPERTIES. <br /> <br />CONSTRUCT A 3 I'T. TO 4 FT. BERM ALONG GATES AVENUE. <br /> <br />ILIMINATE BUILDING NO.6.
