COMMISSIONER SCHROEDER SECOND THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />PASSED 7-0. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER MORTON MOVED TO RECOMMEND TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL FOR <br />THE ZONE CHANGES WITH THE STIPULATION THAT TOWNHOUSES WOULD BE ADDED TO <br />THE R-4 ZONE. COMMISSIONER SCHROEDER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION <br />PASSED 7-0. <br /> <br />13. Planning Commission Representative to Attend Council Meeting on <br />10/17/88. <br /> <br />It was indicated that Commissioners Johnson and Chairman Kropuenske would <br />represent the Planning Commission at the 10/17/88 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />AT 10:30 P.M. COMMISSIONER KIMBALL MOVED TO RECOMMEND THAT THE MEETING <br />BI CONTINUED UNTIL OCTOBER 5. 1988. 7:00 P.M. TO BE HELD AT CITY HALL SO <br />STAFF HAS TIME TO MEET WITH MR. POTAWILTZ Am> ADDRESS THE CONCERNS <br />REGARDING THE APARTMENT COMPLEXES. COMMISIONER JOHNSON SECONDED THE <br />MOTION.
