Commissioner Kropuenske closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER OLsn MOVED TO UCOMMIND TO THE CITY COUNCIL APPROVAL FOR <br />THE CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT BY MANDOLFOINVESTMENT. INC. FOR A RESTAURANT <br />(PIZZA HUT) WITH THE FOLLOWING STIPULATIONS: <br /> <br />1. PROVIDE THE CITY WITH A COpy OF THE PROPOSED JOINT PARKING <br />AGREEMENT. <br /> <br />THE DRAINAGE PLAN SHALL BE ACCEPTABLE TO THE CITY. <br /> <br />THE PARKING AREA SHALL BE HARDSURFACED AND DUST FREE WITH CONCRETE <br />CURB WITH PARKING STALLS STRIPED. <br /> <br />SIGNAGE FOR THE SITE MUST MEET CITY CODE. <br /> <br />THE TRASH AREA MUST BE ENCLOSED. <br /> <br />LIGHTING FOR THE SITE MUST MEET CITY CODE. <br /> <br />THAT A SPACE IN FRONT OF THE MAIN ENTRANCE BE LEFT OPEN TO ALLOW FOR <br />UNOBSTRUCTED ENTRANCE AND EXIT DURING EMERGENCY. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER SCHROEDER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 6-0. <br /> <br />Multiple Principal Buildings (Seven-16 Unit <br />Properties Public Hearing <br /> <br />Apartments) <br /> <br />by <br /> <br />CHW <br /> <br />Steve Bjork. Zoning Assistant explained that CHW properties is requesting <br />approval of seven 16 unit apartments on a 7.9 acre site. He further <br />explained the proposed site conditions. <br /> <br />Commissioner Morton would like to see more buffering to the area along <br />Evans and more landscaping. <br /> <br />Commissioner Fuchs questioned the storm drainage. He felt this was a bad <br />location because of the density. Mr. Rohlf said they meet the City <br />ordinance. as they are only asking for 14 density units per acre and are <br />allowed 22 density units. <br /> <br />Commissioner Morton was also concerned with the density. as there could <br />be real traffic problems. <br />
