Discussion on City Policies and Future Ordinance Amendments <br /> <br />Stephen Rohlf, Building and Zoning Administrator, suggested tabling this <br />item until the following Planning Commission meeting due to the lateness <br />of the meeting. <br /> <br />It was the consensus of the Planning Commission to hold a Planning <br />Commission workshop on August I, 1989 to be held at City Hall. The hours <br />would be from 7:00 a.m to 9:00 p.m. The issues to be discussed were as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1) Performance Standards for Commercial and Industrial Buildings. <br />2) Landscaping <br />3) Future Ordinance Amendments for Sign Ordinance. <br /> <br />13. Planning Commission Representative to Attend <br />September 21, 1989 <br /> <br />Council <br /> <br />Meeting <br /> <br />on <br /> <br />It was indicated that Commissioners Eberley and Kimball would attend the <br />August 21, 1989 City Council meeting. <br /> <br />. 14. Adjournment <br /> <br />There being no further business, COMMISSIONER FUCHS MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. COMMISSIONER JOHNSON SECONDED THE MOTION.
