City <br />Council adopted Ordinance. 05- <br />21 amending Ordinance #05-12, <br />an Ordinance adding Chapter 2, <br />Article 5; Division 8, to the City of <br />Elk River Code ofordinaIlcescre- <br />ating the Energy City Commission; <br />"and' . . <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the amend- <br />ment to the ordinance provides for <br />the number of members to consist <br />of up to fifteen members; and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the <br />full text of thisord,inance amend- <br />ment is available for inspection <br />by any person at the office of the <br />Elk River City Clerk, 13065 Orono <br />Parkway, dllring regular business <br />hours ~ .8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., <br />Monday through Friday; and <br />NOW, . THEREFORE,..
