<br />Page 37 <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Jim - When I moved in there was a cliff..that dirt was all gone, they had a <br />cliff there, and then when I came...it was like the first week in July...I <br />came back and the cat was taken dirt off my lot...someone had taken all that <br />dirt out of there...that was a long time ago...it looked like the same cat. <br /> <br />Gerry - You and I are going to get together because your neighbor came over <br />and I wasn't there. I didn't tell them to take any dirt off your property. <br />We were very careful not to. <br /> <br />Jim - You were out there - I got pictures right here...your Bronco is parked <br />right next to the bulldozer on the back of my lot. I can blow these up and <br />we can look at the license number on your vehicle. <br /> <br />Gerry - But still they were not pushing dirt off your lot. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />Jim - It was already gone, Gerry. I got home that afternoon and the dirt <br />was already gone. I came out there and said Gerry, pardon my French, "What <br />the Hell is going on"? This is my lot, this is my dirt, it was already <br />gone. I said, those trees are going to die, the roots are exposed. Larry <br />Gloe left, he was there, he saw you out there. Matt Skinner saw you. I had <br />three or four neighbors standing there when the guy was out there. They saw <br />you drive up there, speaking to him. I'm not saying that you told him to <br />cut that close to the trees. Don't tell me that you didn't know that he was <br />up there taking dirt out of there. <br /> <br />Gerry - It was your neighbor - this is why I want your neighbor involved in <br />in this. <br /> <br />Jim - That's fine - he wanted to be here, but he has to work because he said <br />that is not the way it happened. You've treated be right in the past. We've <br />had some other problems and you've treated me right...I have .no problem with <br />that so I'm going on the assumption that your going to treat me right again <br />and we can get this resolved. <br /> <br />Gerry - Were going to get this resolved. Were not going to walk around <br />living next door to each other.. . close by with each other.. . were not going <br />to dodge the bullet...were going to fix it...and were not going to dodge any <br />bullets here...were going to eat our mistake and fix it. <br /> <br />Its not going to be that costly to fix mine anyway. <br /> <br />Gerry - Whatever was done is going to be fixed...that is the way its going <br />to be. <br /> <br />Steve - I'm real glad to hear that. <br /> <br />Gerry - I don't dodge bullets, we fix it. <br /> <br />Steve - The City has every intention of following through on it, so I'm glad <br />. you have that attitude. <br /> <br />Gerry - Were not going to dodge any bullets - you will see that things are <br />going to start happening real quick now.
