We went over this stuff with Metropolitan Dirt has <br />been doing this stuff for years and years for me. I pay him $250,000 a year <br />to do my dirt work. I rely on those people. I said guys, I want these lots <br />to be corrected, I want it to look good because were going to make these <br />lots salable, I know this is an eyesore. Your saying you don't remember <br />what that hill looked like before, fellows!! <br /> <br />Gerry - There was a big hole gouged in that hill and it look like heck...I <br />wish the people were here that bought those lots. <br /> <br />Cliff - Who created the hole in there? <br /> <br />Gerry - There has been dirt that has been hauled out of there for three <br />years. All the lot corrections that were corrected in Deerfield 3rd and 4th <br />that is where the dirt came from, is out of that hill, and when you shut me <br />down I couldn't believe it. Because where are we going to get dirt from. <br /> <br />Steve - The same place I got dirt when I built my house, the gravel pit. <br />You don't create a gravel pit in the middle of a residential zone, Gerry. <br />Don't give me that "holier than thou" attitude because to create a gravel <br />pit in a residential zone there is no justification. <br /> <br />Gerry - I'm not going to say anymore than because I'm not going to create a <br />"holier than thou" attitude. I say Steve, if there was a problem.. .God, <br />have I have been an ass hole... excuse me... have I ever been hard to deal <br />with? Off the record...Am I hard to deal with, Steve?
