Ms. Szklarski <br />stated that this item will be republished and readvertised. If <br />additional property is involved with this request, a new list of <br />affected property owners would be notified. Steve Rohlf stated that <br />the applicants may need to withdraw their current application and <br />submit a new one, as the request would deal with new land and would <br />essentially be a new request. <br /> <br />Commissioner spotts questioned what would happen if the information <br />not supplied for the October meeting. The issue of city sewer and water has not been resolved, <br />therefore, staff is recommending denial of the request. <br /> <br />Commissioner VanValkenburg questioned how long it would <br />city sewer and water issue is resolved.
