<br />RESOLUTION 05-_ <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF ELK RIVER <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING NOTICE OF <br />SUMMARY PUBLICATION OF ORDINANCE #05-_ <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on September 12,2005 the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance OS-_ <br />amending Ordinance #05-12, an Ordinance adding Chapter 2, Article 5, <br />Division 8, to the City of Elk River Code of ordinances creating the Energy <br />City Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the amendment to the ordinance provides for the number of members to <br />consist of up to fifteen members; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of this ordinance amendment is available for inspection <br />by any person at the office of the Elk River City Clerk, 13065 Orono <br />Parkway, during regular business hours - 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p;m., Monday <br />through Friday; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council, by at least four-fifths <br />vote, authorizes the publication of the title and summary of Ordinance OS-_ <br />and that Ordinance 05-_ shall become effective upon publication of this <br />resolution. <br /> <br />Passed and adopted this twelfth day of September 2005. <br /> <br />Stephanie Klinzing, Mayor <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br />Joan Schmidt, City Clerk <br />
