Also, will <br />so, who's land will be used for that <br /> <br />Paul Juenemann, 20633 Meadowvale Road, stated the applicant's land <br />will be landlocked because he (Mr. Juenemann) does not intend to sell <br />or develop his property. <br /> <br />There being no further comments from the public, Chairman Minton closed <br />the public hearing. <br /> <br />Commissioner Eberley expressed her concerns regarding this preliminary <br />plat: drainage, safety & roads, gun club responsibility, oak wilt and <br />tree protection, and the length of the dead-end road. Commissioner <br />Eberley suggested this request be tabled and the Planning Commission <br />discuss it further. Commissioner Kreger replied that he felt each <br />individual concern could be addressed and he would like to continue <br />discussing it. Discussion ensued. <br /> <br />Commissioner Tveite suggested more definite steps be taken regarding <br />oak wilt. <br /> <br />Commissioner Eberley questioned the easement issue. <br />Peter Beck responded. <br /> <br />City Attorney <br /> <br />Commissioner spotts suggested staff research other Cities regarding Gun <br />Clubs and their responsibility. <br /> <br />Commissioner Kreger stated he felt this request could be resolved at <br />this meeting if the proper language is provided for all concerns. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KREGER MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE PRELIMINARY PLAT <br />OF HILLTOP WOODS ESTATES BY DAVID GOW, CASE NO.
