Wayne Anderson requested a <br />lakeshore setback variance for a proposed deck from the ordinary high water <br />mark of a natural environment lake. The request will also involve a variance <br />legitimizing the existing home and septic system, which were constructed <br />within the required shoreland setback in 1990. <br /> <br />Chairman Tveite opened the public hearing. There being no comments from <br />the public, Chairman Tveite closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />Planning Commission discussion included: screened porch and deck; septic <br />system; monitoring septic systems; the applicant's comments regarding the <br />DNR concerns. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER KREGER MOVED TO RECOMMEND APPROVAL OF THE <br />lAKESHORE SETBACK VARIANCE AND THE SEPTIC SYSTEM VARIANCE REQUEST BY <br />WAYNE ANDERSON, PUBLIC HEARING, CASE NO.
