ZC 94-10, CITING STAFF'S MEMO AS FINDING OF FACT. <br />APPROVAL IS RECOMMENDED WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITION: <br /> <br />1. THE SOUTHERLY PROPERTY LINE BE AMENDED MAKING THE AREA MORE <br />FEASIBLE FOR DEVELOPMENT, LEAVING THE LOWER PORTION OF THE PUD <br />(PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) AS R1 C (SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL). <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER EBERLEY SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />COMMISSIONER EBERLEY MOVED TO RECOMMEND THE CITY COUNCIL WAIVE THE <br />APPLICATION FEES FOR A LAND USE AMENDMENT AND ZONE CHANGE REQUEST FOR <br />THIS LOWER PORTION OF THE PUD (PLANNED UNIT DEVELOPMENT) DESIGNATION. <br />COMMISSIONER KUESTER SECONDED THE MOTION. THE MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br /> <br />There being no further business, COMMISSIONER KREGER MOVED TO ADJOURN THE <br />MEETING. COMMISSIONER EBERLEY SECONDED THE MOTION.
