The property is located north <br />of the Ridgewood subdivision and is adjacent to the 50 acre parcel recently <br />acquired from Shiely. The purchase of this property will provide approximately 2.5 <br />kilometers of recreational trails. The Planning Commission is requested to make a <br />determination whether or not the proposed land use is consistent with the <br />
