Commercial Asphalt is requesting renewal of a <br />conditional use permit to run a hot mix bituminous plant in an existing gravel <br />mine. The property is located in the southwest corner of the intersection of <br />County Road 33 and U.S. Highway 169. Commercial Asphalt has secured all the <br />appropriate state permits, including an air emissions permit that expires January <br />25, 1998. This permit is to be reviewed every two years, with the exception of <br />1994, at which the permit was renewed for one year, due to odor complaints <br />
