<br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />. <br /> <br />EXHIBIT A <br />RESOLUTION NO. 05-97 <br /> <br />The reasons and facts supporting the findings for the approval of the Sherburne County BRA Redevelopment <br />Plan for Redevelopment District No.1 and the Project Plan for the Target Technology Center, as required <br />pursuant to the applicable Minnesota Statutes, Section 469.027 and 469.028, Subdivision 2 are as follows: <br /> <br />1. Finding that the Redevelopment District No. 1 and the Prqject Plan for the Target Technology Center conforms to the <br />general plan for the development or redevelopment rif the municipali!J as a whole. <br /> <br />The Planning Commission reviewed the Plan on August 23, 2005, and found that the Plan conforms <br />to the general development plan of the City and is consistent with the City's Comprehensive Plan. <br /> <br />2. Finding that Redevelopment District No.1 and the Project Plan for the Target Technology Center will cifford maximum <br />opportuni!J, consistent with the sound needs rif the Ci!J as a whole, for the development or redevelopment rif <br />Redevelopment District No.1 ry private entetprise. <br /> <br />The Redevelopment District No.1 and the Project Plan for the Target Technology Center will result <br />in increased employment in the City and the State of Minnesota, an increased tax base of the State, and <br />add a high quality development to the City. <br />
