Section 30~1023 titled C-2' Office District of the City of Elk River Code of Ordinances shall be <br />amended by adding the following: . '. . <br />Sec. 30-1023, C-2 office district. " <br />(d) Conditional uses. Conditional uses in the C-2 district are as follows: <br />1 (1) Licensed day care facilities. ' <br />(2) Institutional uses.
