Call Meeting to Order/Roll Call <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the meeting of the Elk River Economic <br />Development Authority Together Elk River Sub-Committee was called to order at <br />4:31 p.m.by Jennifer Wagner. <br /> <br /> <br />2. Consider Agenda <br /> <br />Moved by Debbi and seconded by Katie to approve the agenda. Motion <br />carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> <br />3. Consent Agenda <br /> <br />Moved by Debbi and seconded by Katie to approve the agenda. Motion <br />carried 5-0. <br /> <br /> <br />4. Together Elk River Marketing Campaign <br /> <br />The group discussed “Community Business and Employee Appreciation Week” The <br />new Spirit Week was changed from August 23-27 to September 20-24. Action items <br />that came out of the discussion: <br />• Jennifer will contact Brandon, a graphic designer she has worked with to <br />see if he can help us with the needed graphics: <br />o Event “Branding” logo <br />o Posters 11x17 print 50 <br />o Flyers 8.5 x 11 print 300 <br />o Ad in newspaper <br /> Colleen will check on pricing for ¼ page full color ad to run <br />for 3 weeks <br />• Katie will create content that will be utilized for the lead into the event <br />
