The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was intro- duced by Councilmember West- gaard and was duly seconded by Councilmember Christianson, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Mpyor Dietz,__ Councilmembers Christianson, Westgaard.
