Open Forum <br /> <br /> No one appeared for Open Forum. <br /> <br />6.1 Market Value Presentation: Sherburne County Assessor Michelle Moen <br /> <br />Michelle Moen, Sherburne County Assessor gave Council an update regarding the <br />aggressive market trends her office has seen in the past year and how it will impact values for <br />the 2023 tax year (2022 assessment). <br /> <br />6.2 Proclaim June 1, 2022, as Philip Collins Day <br /> <br />Fire Chief Dickinson recognized Mr. Collins for over 33 years of service. It was <br />proclaimed that June 1, 2022, will be Philip Collins Day. <br /> <br />Mayor Dietz read and presented proclamation. <br /> <br />6.3 Oath of Office Firefighters <br /> <br />Deputy Chief Wandersee presented the new firefighters who have successfully completed <br />their probationary period. <br /> <br />Mayor Dietz administered the Oath of Office to firefighters O’Connor, Hooper, <br />Hampton, and Yess. <br /> <br />6.4 Introduction of New Employees <br /> <br />Mr. Hecker introduced Warren Ellingworth, Recreation Coordinator. <br /> <br /> Ms. Ziemer introduced Ryan Vadnais, Accountant. <br /> <br /> The Council welcomed the new employees. <br /> <br />7.1 Amendment to Master Fee Schedule: Various Park Fees <br /> <br />Mr. Hecker presented the staff report. <br /> <br />
