The city took requisite actions at the time the property was acquired by HRA to allow for the costs of acquisition, <br />demolition, site stabilization to be reimbursed to the HRA under a future TIF district, should one be adopted. <br />The proposers of this development have indicated their project costs and operating projects would necessitate a <br />request for TIF to support the project.
