Please amend <br />the plans to show internal access from the site. <br />rd <br />7.The sightlines at Gates/3 may not meet ordinance standards for a vision clearance triangle, <br />or intersection visibility, please verify. <br />a.Vision clearance triangle means the area of a corner lot bounded by the right-of-way <br />lines and a line connecting the two points on the property lines 30 feet from the <br />intersection of the property lines. <br />8.Stormwater treatment will be required for all new impervious (minus what the existing <br />residential properties had prior to demolition).
