The proposed subdivision makes adequate provision for water supply, storm drainage, sewage transportation, erosion control <br />and all other services, facilities and improvements otherwise required in this article. <br /> The subdivision includes infrastructure to meet city requirements. The project is on CSAH 33, which is <br /> anticipated to be turned back to the city, so the county has no access spacing concerns. Additional <br /> permits required to comply with erosion control standards maybe required and will be secured prior to <br /> building permit issuance. <br /> <br />5. Applicant <br />should show driveway and home location before plat is recorded to ensure all setbacks are met. <br /> <br />6.
