Background/Discussion The property is zoned R1-c where Educational Institutions require a ` cR33 Conditional Use Permit (CUP). a The applicant has requested a CUP to construct a small addition to Lincoln Elementary School, complete site improvements, and RR complete significant interior renovations. • Hwy 10 The small addition will be on the northwest corner of the building. A - - cR 12 new main entry feature with a covered walkway canopy will also be added to the west side of the building. Site modifications include relocating the west parking lot entrance further north to increase the depth of queuing for vehicles and y�y resurfacing existing parking lots. %9 Applicable Regulations Figure I In approving a Conditional Use Permit, the council may impose such specific conditions with regard to the development or operation of the proposed use as it considers necessary to satisfy the seven standards set forth in Section 30-654 and the requirements contained in this article and to promote compatibility with and minimize any potentially adverse effects upon adjacent properties, the neighborhood or the city.
