Contours, finished grades, details of erosion control <br />methods, and settling ponds, shall comply with the plans <br />submitted and the city ordinance at the time of <br />reclamation. <br />g. Each ten (10) acre phase shall be reclaimed prior to work <br />commencing on the next phase, other than areas that <br />must remain part of the mining activity such as haul <br />roads and storage. <br />(10) Trafc <br />a. Except for localized jobs, traffic through Elk River <br />associated with this operation shall be limited to U-S. <br />Highway 10 and 169. Haul trucks shall not be allowed to <br />make right turns onto 2251h Ave. when e.ati.ng the <br />property. <br />(11) Dust, Control <br />a. A permit from IAPCA regarding air emissions shall be <br />obtained when required and particulate emission <br />standards shall be met by the operation. <br />b. All equipment shall be located as to reduce dust to <br />adjacent properties. <br />C. Water, but no chemical agents, shall be used to control <br />dust as necessary. <br />d. The City reserves the might to require additional <br />measures to be taken, if warranted by dust problems, <br />including but not limited to reducing stock pile heights, <br />requiring routine sweeping of US gunk. Highway 169 at <br />its intersection with 225th Ave. and temporarily closing <br />the facility. <br />(12) Flgw"o O eration <br />All mineral excavation, processing, and sales activities shall be <br />conducted between the normal hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m., <br />Monday through Saturday with the following exception: <br />Crushing may take place twenty-four hour a day for a maximum <br />of 25 days per year, provided that this operation does not <br />f \sWoc\b&z\stevcr\gravcup2,doe <br />
