None of the roads in Elk River have <br />been expanded to accommodate for Elk Rivers massive <br />growth. <br />We are still driving on the same roads that were <br />designed for farm tractors and an occasional model T <br />truck, <br />Maybe the leadership in ER should stand up to Saint Paul <br />that is more concerned with b1q.
