CSAH 33 Trail Public Hearing <br />Facebook comments as of February 7, 2022 <br />Elk River City Government. <br />IiR' Published by Kaylin Clement 0 - January 28 at T42 AM - 0 <br />Public Hearing on CSAH 33 Trail Proposal I <br />The public is encouraged to attend the [Monday, February 7 City <br />Council meeting and offer input on a proposed trail on County State <br />Aid Highvmy (CSAH) 33 'fron, H%-%�}r 169 to Tkvin Lakes Road (CSAH 13). <br />The meeting is at 630 p.m. at Elk River City Hall (13065 Orono <br />Pattvay) ivher-e a public hearing will be held to discuss the two-mile, <br />10-foot trail proposal on the soruth side of CSAH 33. <br />Sherburne County plans to reconstruct CSAH 33 between Auburn <br />Street and Twin Lakes Read in 2023, and depending on feedback and <br />council consensus, this would be the time to coordinate the trail into <br />the county`s final design plans for the project. <br />if you are unable to attend the Monday, February 7 meeting, you are <br />encouraged to provide public comment via email to Parks and <br />Recreation Director Michael Hecker at mheckeru ElkRiverMN.gov to <br />have your feedback. entered into record. <br />The Elk River Parks and Recreation Commission recently recommended <br />the City Council add a trail to the corridor, as it aligns with the City, of <br />Elk River's trail master plan, available for review at <br />ElkRiverMN.gov/TrailsMasterPlan. <br />
