<br /> <br />Councilmember _______________ introduced the following resolution and moved its <br />adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution 22-____ <br /> <br />A Resolution of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of Summary <br />Publication of Ordinance #22-__ An Ordinance Amending the 2022 Master <br />Fee Schedule <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on December 6, 2021, the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 21-12 <br />approving the 2022 Master Fee Schedule; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, fees for athletic field rental rates, concession stand use, and park facility use <br />were reviewed and approved; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on February 7, 2022, the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 22-___ <br />amending Ordinance 21-12, of the Elk River Code of Ordinances; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any <br />person at the office of the Elk River City Clerk, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular <br />business hours; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council, by at least four-fifths <br />vote, authorizes the publication of the title and summary of Ordinance 22-___. <br /> <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />______________, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> <br />and the following against: , whereupon said <br />resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />and the following absent: <br /> <br />th <br />Passed and adopted this 7 day of February 2022. <br /> <br /> <br /> John J.
