Councilmember Motin opposed. <br /> <br /> <br />6.4.Request by Dennis Wurm for Preliminary Plat (Kingdom Estates 2 Addition), Public <br />nd <br />Hearing-Case No. P 05-11 <br /> <br />Planner Chris Leeseberg submitted the staff report. Mr. Leeseberg stated the applicant is <br />requesting preliminary plat of Kingdom Estates 2 Addition. He reviewed zoning, lot and <br />nd <br />street layout, parking, landscaping, and the recommendations of the Planning and the Parks <br />and Recreation Commissions. He stated that at the Planning Commission meeting a resident <br />spoke regarding drainage issues from Kingdom Estates 1 Addition. Mr. Leeseberg stated a <br />st <br />resident also requested that Olson Street be extended to her property for access but staff is <br />recommending denial due to flood plain issues. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
