Request by Richard Kurth (Broadway Pizza) for Conditional Use Permit for Outdoor <br /> Patio/Liquor Sales, Public Hearing-Case No. CU 05-13 <br /> <br />Planner Chris Leeseberg submitted the staff report. Mr. Leeseberg stated the applicant is <br />requesting a Conditional Use Permit to add an outdoor patio to Broadway Pizza and a <br />storage building on the property. <br /> <br />Director of Planning Michele McPherson requested a condition be added stating the <br />applicant must update their liquor license and liquor liability insurance. <br /> <br />Mayor Klinzing opened the public hearing. There being no one to speak to this issue, Mayor <br />Klinzing closed the public hearing. <br /> <br />MOVED BY COUNCILMEMBER MOTIN AND SECONDED BY <br />COUNCILMEMBER GUMPHREY TO APPROVE A CONDITIONAL USE <br />PERMIT TO BROADWAY PIZZA WITH THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS: <br /> <br /> <br />1.THE PATIO SHALL BE FENCED WITH AN EMERGENCY EXIT <br />GATE WITH REQUIRED EXITING HARDWARE, AS REQUIRED BY <br />CODE. <br /> <br /> <br />2.THE ACCESSORY BUILDING SHALL COMPLY WITH ALL <br />BUILDING CODES. <br /> <br /> <br />3.THE APPLICANT SHALL UPDATE HIS LIQUOR LICENSE AND <br />LIQUOR LIABILITY INSURANCE POLICY PRIOR TO OPENING <br />THE OUTDOOR PATIO FOR BUSINESS. <br /> <br /> MOTION CARRIED 5-0. <br /> <br />6.6. Request by American National Bank for Conditional Use Permit to Construct New Bank <br /> Facility, Public Hearing-Case No. CU 05-14 <br /> <br />Planner Scott Harlicker submitted the staff report. Mr. Harlicker stated the applicant is <br />requesting a Conditional Use Permit to construct a bank near 173 Avenue and Highway <br />rd <br />10. He discussed the site layout, parking and access, building elevations, and landscaping. <br /> <br /> <br />
