Easement <br />■ Purpose - to preserve a corridor for street and utilities if the <br />property to the west was ever redeveloped into smaller lots once <br />public sewer and water became available <br />■ Easement granted is for: <br />■ Street, utility, and drainage purposes <br />■ City has not yet needed or used the easement <br />■ Unless and until the city opens the easement for public use, <br />there is no right of the public to use or maintain the easement <br />area <br />
