6| <br />Fitness <br />FIT and FRIENDS <br />This exercise class consists of a warm up, light aerobics, <br />balance training, weight training, stretching, and a cool <br />down. This class is suitable for all fitness levels and is <br />instructed by a trained volunteer. <br /> <br />Mondays and Fridays <br />10:30 - 11:30 a.m. <br />Party Room 1 and 2 <br />LINE DANCE <br />Have fun and burn some calories by coming to this <br />lively group. All skill levels are welcome. Please wear <br />exercise attire because you will be moving in this class! <br />This class is instructed by a trained volunteer. <br /> <br />Tuesdays <br />1:30 –3:00 p.m. <br />Party Room 1 and 2 <br />An annual membership is required to participate in these <br />activities. Non members may purchase a day pass or pay <br />the non member rate. <br />FITNESS SAMPLER <br />Start the new year off by working on improving your <br />health and well being by joining us for a free fitness <br />sampler class! Certified Instructor, Sue Montague will <br />lead you through an exciting mix of 3 different class <br />formats including: Senior Strength and Cardio, Yoga, <br />and Chair Yoga. Each format will be about 20 minutes <br />and a chair is available for support if needed for all <br />sessions of this class. <br /> <br />After class, healthy snacks will be served and we will be <br />giving away door prizes.
