We also had to plat the street for the water main, and because the sanitary sewer l1eeded <br />lower than the water main we had to install the sanitary sewer prior to installing the water main. <br /> <br />OUf original intentions were to wait and subdivide the property in 2005 or 2006. OUf sanitary <br />sewer was to come from the north, but the sewer line was not installed until late 2004. We are <br />now ready to subdivide tIle property and have found that we have gone past three years from Ollf <br />illitial approval. We would have to go through the entire preliminary process again unless the <br />cOllncil grants an extension, which they are authorized to do.
