Tile final plat created one lot for tlle J olllison Street \vater to\ver. This lot was part of a larger single family de\reloplnent of 20,000 square foot lots located benveen Park Pointe and I<Jie\Ter Lake Fields. Since that time, no activity has occurred regarding additional final p1'lts. Request Section 30-374 of tile City Code states tllat tlle "failure of tlle subdi\rider to sublmt tlle final plat witllln one year unless a \vritten request for extension 11as been sublnitted and for good cause granted by tile council, shall cause tlle preliminary plat to become null and \Toid.
