Tile final plat <br />created one lot for tlle J olllison Street \vater to\ver. This lot was part of a larger single family <br />de\reloplnent of 20,000 square foot lots located benveen Park Pointe and I<Jie\Ter Lake <br />Fields. Since that time, no activity has occurred regarding additional final p1'lts. <br /> <br />Request <br /> <br />Section 30-374 of tile City Code states tllat tlle <br /> <br />"failure of tlle subdi\rider to sublmt tlle final plat witllln one year unless a \vritten <br />request for extension 11as been sublnitted and for good cause granted by tile council, <br />shall cause tlle preliminary plat to become null and \Toid. Ho\Ve\Ter, tlle subdivider <br />lnay continue to final plat a pllase of the approved preliminal;T plat \Vitllln one year <br />of eacll pl1ase in order to extend \ralid appro'Tal of tlle prefuninary plat.
