<br />(9) The relationship of the proposed use to the comprehensive <br />plan and flood plain management program for the area. <br /> <br />(10) The safety of access to the property in times of flood for <br />ordinary and emergency vehicles. <br /> <br />(11) The expected heights, velocity, duration, rate of rise, and <br />sediment transport of the flood waters expected at the site. <br /> <br />(12) Such other factors which are relevant to the purposes of <br />this Ordinance. <br /> <br />9.54 Time for Acting on Application. The Planning Commision shall act <br />on fn application in the manner above described Within thirty (30) <br /> <br />daYf> from receiving the application, except that where additional <br /> <br />infcrmation is required pursuant to Section 6.52(1) of this Ordinance., <br />theJ' shall render a written decision within sixty (60) days from the <br /> <br />recfipt of such information, their decision shall b:~ forwarded to <br /> <br />the Council for action at their next offical meeting. <br /> <br />9.55 Concitions Attached to Conditional Use Permits. Upon consid- <br /> <br />eration of the factors listed above and the PUrposes of this <br /> <br />Ordinance, the City may attach such conditions to the granting <br /> <br />of Conditional Use Permits as it deems necessary to fulfill the <br /> <br />purposes of the Ordinance. Such conditions may include, but are <br /> <br />not limited to, the following: <br />(1) Modification of waste disposal and water supply facilities. <br />(2) Limitations on period of use, occupancy, and operation. <br />(3) Imposition of operational controls, sureties, and deed <br />restrictions. <br /> <br />(4) Requirements for construction of channel modifications, <br />dikes, levees, and other protective measures. <br /> <br />(5) Flood proofing measures, in accordance with the State Building <br />Code. The Board of Adjustment shall require that the applicant <br />submit a plan or document certified by a registered professional <br />engineer or architect that the flood proofing neasures are con- <br />sistent with the regUlatory flood_protection elevation and <br />associated flood factors for the praticular area. <br />
