<br />SECTION 6.0 SUBDIVIE; IONS <br />No land shall be subdivided which is held unsuitable by The City <br />for reason of flooding, inadequate drainage or inadequate water supply <br />or sewage treatment facilities. All lots cantained within the flood <br />plain dist.ricts shill contain a building site at or above the flood <br />protection elevation. All subdivisions shall have access and water and <br />sewage disposal facilities that comply with provisions of this Ordinance. <br />In all areas designated an unnumbered A Zone in the Flood Insurance Study J~or <br />the City, subdividers shall provide the information required in <br />Section 9.52 and the subdivision shall be evaluated in accordance with <br />procedures therein. <br />Section 7.0 PUBLIC UTILITIES <br />All public utilities and facilities such as gas, electrical, sewer, and <br />water supply systems to be located in the flood plain districts shall <br />be designed and constructed in a manner to minimize or eliminate flood <br />damage. Sewer and water supply systems shall be designed to minimize <br />infiltration by flood waters. <br />SEeTION 8.0 MOBIL HOMES AND MOBILE HOME PARKS <br />8.1 New mobile home parks and expansions to existing mobile home parks <br />shall be subject to the provisions placed on subdivisions by Section 6.0. <br />8.2 Mobile homes on permanent sites in existing mobile parks may be <br />replaced if the site is located in the Flood Fringe District. Replacement <br />mobile hones that lie below the flood protection elevation shall be <br />anchored by tiedowns that comply with requirements of Minnesota <br />Statutes Chapter 327.32 <br />
