<br />Police a current list of all employees of each licensed premises together with a job <br /> <br />description and picture of each employee. Failure to maintain such list or information <br /> <br />shall be grounds for disciplin~ry action by the City Council including suspension or <br /> <br />revocation of the license issued under this chapter. <br /> <br />20.12 Business Hours. No customers or patrons shall be allowea to enter the licensed <br /> <br />premises after 10:00 o'clock P.M. and before 8:00 olclock A.M. daily. No customers <br /> <br />or patrons shall be allowed to remain upon licensed premises after 10:30 P.M. and before <br /> <br />8:00 A.M. daily. <br />20.13 Violations and Penalty. Every person who commits or attempts to commit~ conspires <br /> <br />to commit, or aids or abets in the commission of, any act constituting a violation of <br /> <br />this chapter, whether individually or in connection with one or more other persons or <br /> <br />as principal, or agent, or accessory, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and every person <br /> <br />who falsely, fraudulently, forcibly or willfully induces, causes, coerces, requires, <br /> <br />permits or directs another to violate any of the provisions of this chapter is likewise <br /> <br />guilty of a misdemeanor. URon conviction thereof, said person shall be punished by <br /> <br />a fine not to exceed $500.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days or both, together <br /> <br />with the costs of prosecution. Each violation of this chapter shall constitute a <br /> <br />separate offense. Conviction of a violation of this chapter shall be grounds for <br /> <br />rescission or revocation of any licenses issued hereunder. <br /> <br />20.14 Existing Businesses. Any conversation parlor which ~s conducting business on <br /> <br />the effective date of this chapter may continue to operate until the Council has acted <br /> <br />upon its application for a license hereunder; provided, that appropriate application <br /> <br /> <br />is filed within 15 days after the effective date. Any person who has not filed an <br /> <br /> <br />application within the prescribed time shall not operate a conversation parlor until <br /> <br /> <br />in compliance with the terms of this ordinance. <br /> <br />20.15 Rescission, Revocation or Suspension. The City Council may revoke, rescind or <br /> <br />suspend any license for cause. Prior to such action, the licensee shall be provided <br /> <br />9. <br />
