<br />2. Any person who shall continue any violation beyond the time <br /> <br />provided for in Item 1 of this section, shall be guilty of a <br /> <br />misdemeanor and on conviction thereof shall be fined in the <br />$500, <br />amount not exceeding $~ for each violation. Each day in <br /> <br />which any such yiolation shall continue shall be deemed a <br /> <br />separate offense.. <br /> <br />3. Any person violating any of the provisions of this ordinance <br /> <br />shall become liable to the City for any expense, loss or damage <br /> <br />occasioned by the City by reason of such violation. <br /> <br />SECTION 10: VALIDITY <br /> <br />1. The validity of any section, subdivision, clause, sentence or <br /> <br />provision of this ordinance shall not affect the validity of <br /> <br />any part of this ordinance which can be given effect without <br /> <br />such invalid part or parts. <br /> <br />SECTION 11: EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> <br />1. This Ordinance shall be in full force. and in effect from and after <br /> <br />its passage, approval, recording and publication as provided by law. <br /> <br />2.
