<br />Subdivision 4. Special Licenses Permitting the Sale of IntoY~cating Liquor on Sundays. <br /> <br /> <br />Establishments to which "on-sale" licenses have been issued or hereafter may be <br /> <br /> <br />issued for the sale of intoxicating liquor which arc hotels or restaurants or <br /> <br /> <br />clubs as defined in Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 34D and incorporated herein by <br /> <br /> <br />reference pursuant to Section 1 hereof, and which have facilities for serving not <br /> <br /> <br />less than 30 guests at one time, may serve intoxicating liquor beh!een the hours of <br /> <br /> <br />12:00 noon and 12:00 midnight on Sundays in conjlli~ction with the serving of food. <br /> <br /> <br />It is unlawful for any such establishment, directly or indirectly, to sell or serve <br /> <br /> <br />intoxicating liquor as provided in this subdivision without having first obtained a <br /> <br /> <br />special license therefor. Application for said ~3pecial license shall be made to the <br /> <br /> <br />City Council in the same manner as application h; made for other licenses to sell <br /> <br /> <br />intoxicating liquor. <br /> <br />Section 2. That Section [, of Ordinance No. 8.05 of the Elk River Hunicipal Code be <br />amended to read as follows: <br />SECTION 1;. License Fees. <br />Subdivision 1. Fees. <br />The annual fee for a liquor license shall be $2500 for an "on-sale"license, $100 for. a <br />special club license, and $200 for 0 special licen:;e permitting the sale of intoxicating <br />liquor on Sundays. <br />Subdivision 2. Payment. <br />Each application for a license :3holl be accornpan:ind by a receipt from the City <br />treasurer for payment in full of the license fee. All fees shall be paid into the <br />general fund. If an application for a license is rejected, the treasurer shall <br />refund the amount paid. <br />
