CODE <br />The City Council 'of the City of <br />Elk River does hereby ordain as <br />follows: <br />(h) SECTION 1. That §•30-1024 <br />(h), C-3 highway, commercial dis- <br />trict of the City of Elk River Code <br />of Ordinances shall be amended to <br />I ead as follows: <br />(i) Conditional uses.
