ver <br />Councilmember Westgaard introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br />Resolution 21-94 <br />A Resolution of the City of Elk River Approving Notice of Summary Publication <br />of Ordinance #21-12 An Ordinance Adopting the 2022 Master Fee Schedule <br />WHEREAS, on December 6, 2021, the Elk River City Council adopted Ordinance 21-12 <br />approving the 2022 Master Fee Schedule; and <br />WHEREAS, the enactment of this ordinance establishes fees and charges required by the Elk <br />River City Code and to comply with Minnesota 4tatute §462.353(4); and <br />WHEREAS, the 2022 Master Fee Schedule lists fees for Administration, Financial, <br />Environmental, Planning, Development, Building, Parks and Recreation, Fire, Police, and Elk <br />River Municipal Utility services along with code enforcement violations; and <br />WHEREAS, a copy of the full text of the ordinance is available for inspection by any person at <br />the office of the Elk River City Clerk, 13065 Orono Parkway, during regular business hours — <br />�` 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Elk River, <br />Minnesota, as follows: by at least four -fifths vote, authorizes the publication of the title and <br />summary of Ordinance 21-12 and that Ordinance 21-12 shall become effective January 1, 2022. <br />The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Wagner, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof Mayor <br />,Dietz. Councilmembers Christianson,_ Westoard. Beyer, and Wagner and the following against: <br />none, whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Dietz, Councilmembers Christianson, Westgaard. <br />Beyer. and Wagner and the following absent: none. <br />Passed and adopted this 6' day of December 202 <br />L-' <br />J J. etz, or <br />Tina Allard, City Clerk <br />p 9 1 1 R I 1 BY <br />NATUR <br />
